Tuition at Mulberry School is billed monthly in ten equal installments from August through May and is due on the 10th of each month. Parents with multiple children attending Mulberry are entitled to a reduced rate for the second and all additional children. In addition, parents can receive a 3% discount for any student's tuition that is paid in full up front as a lump sum by July 1 rather than in monthly installments.

Tuition includes charges for the normal school day only. Any charges incurred for the Before and After Care Program will be added to the regular monthly rate. All payments (both tuition and B & A charges) are due by the 10th of each month. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed for any tuition payments not received by close of business on the 10th of each month.


2009-2010 Tuition Rates

Full time (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

First student: $508.00/month ($5,080.00 annual tuition)
Additional students: $407.00/month ($4,070.00 annual tuition)

Part time (9:00 AM - 11:30 AM or 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM)

First student: $403.00/month ($4,030.00 annual tuition)
Additional students: $323.00/month ($3,230.00 annual tuition)

Children who enroll after the beginning of the school year will have their tuition rates prorated accordingly.

Please note that, in addition to standard tuition rates, all families are required to contribute 50 hours of service to the school over the 10 month school year. Families will be assessed $30.00 for each hour of service not fulfilled by the end of the year.


Fees

New student enrollment: $150.00 (due with Enrollment Form)
Returning student registration: $100.00 (due with signed contract)

New students enrolling in 2009 are also asked to include a $100.00 deposit with their signed contract, which will be credited to their May 2010 tuition.


Financial Aid

Thanks to the generosity of some of our past Mulberry families, a limited amount of financial assistance is available for those who need it. Financial aid applications must be received by April 1st in order to receive full consideration for aid for the following school year. Financial aid awards are announced in early May and signed contracts will be adjusted to reflect any award allocated by the Board of Directors.
